Our Team

Working with partners and technologies from the human sports science world to improve the health and performance of horses.

Michael Engleman

Founder & CEO

Founder Michael Engleman’s inspiration for PAATH was born out of a treasured past working in his father’s training stables and a heartfelt desire to improve the well-being of horses.

As a self-described third generation “horse guy,” Michael helped his father in his training program, which included working with American Saddlebred horses. PAATH honors that deep-rooted heritage, especially in regard to his late father and brother, “two of the best horsemen I have ever known.”

A professional athlete, pro team director, coach, and sports consultant over the past 15 years, Michael saw the positive influences of technological advances in the lives and performance of fellow athletes and began to envision how those technologies could help horses.

“My life is based on what I learned growing up with horses; those lessons helped me work well with many world class human athletes. Now I am back to horses, and I will find those that want to join me.”

– Michael Engleman

“This is for anyone who has ever held a horse’s head in their hands and felt that hot breath on their palms. We do this for them.”

– Dana Feiss
